Review: DJ Rig App for iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch

Time for another app review, DJRig is from experienced iOS and hardware development team IK Multimedia. The app is designed for smaller screens and seems to cause my first generation iPad problems on loading up. It also uses a curious method of syncing bpm between devices (or indeed an external audio source)...via the built-in microphone.

DJRig is $1.99 but has in-app purchases to unlock additional cue points and further effects;

DJ Rig is the best turntable app I've used, hands down. I cut my teeth on real platters and the sound and response of DJ Rig is the same. It's like scratching on the real thing.
