Deej Review - update!

Following my recent review of the Deej app, I have received a lovely email from the developers.  The response clears up a few of the points raised, so things are looking good for the app.

The issue of the cross-fader when far left has been fixed by the development team and is undergoing thorough testing at the moment and will be fixed in the next version.

I'll keep you posted on any further news!

What is the best IPhone DJ App in your opinion? I don't have an ipad. If Deej had the vinyl scratch quality and multiple loopable cue points of Tap DJ it would be ideal for me. Being able to record mixes would be great too. That and fixing the current crossfader audio issue.

For the iPhone specifically, I'd probably look to Cue.Play.DJ v1.6 which should hit the app store in the next couple of weeks. It looks to have several new features, check the latest post which has a link to their forum and a post detailing what's included for each different iDevice. If you have an iPhone 4 it sounds like you'll be getting scratch functionality on there too. Multiple cue points are there plus effects, looping. On a small screen though it can be a bit tricky. once the new version hits, I'll post a full review.
